Return Policy – 14 Days :

You have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible, the item must be in the same condition as when received — unused, unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging.To initiate a return, please fill out the Returns & Refunds form. Our team will respond within 24 to 72 hours via email at support@dibaldino.com.

Return shipping costs are your responsibility. All returned packages must include a valid tracking number. If a package is lost or fails to arrive, Dibaldino is not liable, and the responsibility lies with the customer.

Damages & Issues :

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at contact@dibaldino.com so we can evaluate and resolve the issue promptly.

Exchanges :

The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the unwanted product and make a separate purchase for the new item once the return is accepted.

Refunds :

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval status.
If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to post the refund.

Yes, cancellation is possible only if production has not started yet.

If you would like to request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible via our Cancellation Request Form or by email.

• ‭• If your order has not entered production, we will cancel it and issue a refund.

• • If production has already started, cancellation is no longer possible, as all items are made to order.

In this case, please wait for your package to arrive.
You may then refer to our Return Policy for further options, where applicable.
